What I'm Doing at the Moment
Staying in Bansko, Bulgaria.
I left Hamburg again this month to travel for an undefined period. Currently, I am in Bansko, Bulgaria, again and staying here at the ‘Coworking Bansko.’
I feel the urge to explore Europe and travel to places that inspire me businesswise and spiritually to grow my network and knowledge.
How I’m Spending My Time
At the moment, I am obsessed with two different topics that I can’t stop reading, researching, and learning about:
- How to connect with my intuition and use it to make better decisions in my private and business life
- How to use plant and energy medicine to strengthen my body, mind and immune system
The Topic of Intuition
I already discovered last year during a road trip to Slovenia and Croatia with a Camper Van how much more productive and creative I am when I just sit with pen and paper in the middle of nature and work from there. I immediately felt super connected with my intuition and inner wisdom. I created content, workbooks, and templates for our customers on the spot without doing any research beforehand on the internet.
This month I started the course ‘Be Extraordinary’ by Vishen Lakhiani, the founder of Mindvalley. It gave me another boost to explore the topic of intuition on a deeper level. I have to admit that I became a little fangirl of his, and most of the resources that I consumed are related to him. Here are some that inspire me:
- The Book ‘The Buddha and the Badass’ by Vishen Lakhiani
- The Podcast Episode ‘How to Use Intuition To Access Information Outside the Human Brain’ - Jay Shetty (interviewing Vishen Lakhiani 😁)
- The Meditation App Omvana
Plant and Energy Medicine
I believe that nature has a cure for every single of our sufferings and diseases and that most people underestimate the power of it. This I why I decided to learn more about how I can use herbs and other free to access techniques as meditations and energy medicine to strengthen my body. Bansko is a great place to explore this topic further because you can find a huge variety of wild herbs in the forests and fields. I started collecting a few and made some tea from them which is delicious and already helped us with some stomach and period issues :)
